1. Booking and Reservation

All bookings are subject to availability.
A reservation is considered confirmed only after receiving official confirmation from Unseen Marrakech.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process.
Special requests will be considered whenever possible but cannot be guaranteed.

2. Prices

All prices are displayed in the currency specified on our website.
Prices may be modified without prior notice until a booking has been confirmed.
Confirmed reservations will not be affected by later price changes.
Prices include only the services specifically mentioned in the tour description unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment

Full or partial payment may be required to confirm a reservation.
Available payment methods will be shown during the booking process.
Any additional fees charged by payment providers remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellations by the Customer

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

More than 15 days before departure: Full refund minus processing fees.
7–15 days before departure: 50% refund.
Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.

Some tours, activities, accommodations, or special services may have different cancellation conditions, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

5. Changes to Bookings

Customers may request changes to their reservations. Any modification depends on availability and may involve additional charges.

6. Cancellations by Unseen Marrakech

Unseen Marrakech reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule a tour when necessary due to:

Weather conditions
Safety concerns
Insufficient participation
Force majeure situations
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

In such cases, we will provide an alternative solution or refund depending on the circumstances.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase suitable travel insurance covering:

Trip cancellation
Medical expenses
Personal accidents
Lost or damaged luggage
Emergency evacuation

Travel insurance remains the responsibility of the traveler.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for:

Having valid passports and required travel documents.
Following local laws and regulations.
Respecting safety instructions provided by guides and service providers.
Respecting local culture, traditions, and the environment.

Unseen Marrakech reserves the right to refuse participation to any person whose behavior may put others at risk or negatively affect the experience.

9. Activities and Risks

Some experiences offered by Unseen Marrakech may include activities such as:

Camel riding
Quad biking
Hiking
Desert excursions
Outdoor activities

These activities involve certain risks. By participating, customers acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by guides and operators.

10. Limitation of Liability

Unseen Marrakech acts as an organizer and coordinator of travel services.

We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by weather, transportation providers, or force majeure events.
Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
Injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.
Events outside our reasonable control.

Our liability is limited to the total value of the services booked.
